1. Course Fees

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once access to the course (videos, materials, or QBank) is granted, no refund will be issued

2. Duplicate Payments

  • If you are charged twice for the same service, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction
  • Please contact us with proof of payment for quick resolution

3. Technical Issues

  • If you face genuine technical issues in accessing the course, our support team will assist you
  • Refunds will not be provided for temporary technical problems, but access will be restored as soon as possible

4. Service-Based Payments (Dataflow / Licensing Support)

  • Fees paid for services like Dataflow guidance or licensing support are non-refundable once the process has started
  • Any third-party fees (Dataflow, exam fees, etc.) are not controlled by us and are non-refundable

5. International Payments

  • International users are responsible for any currency conversion charges or bank fees
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting such charges

6. Refund Requests

  • Any valid refund request (if applicable) must be made within 48 hours of payment
  • Requests made after this period may not be considered

7. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
