1. Course Purchases
- Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellation is not allowed
- Users are advised to review course details carefully before making payment
2. Cancellation Before Access
- If a user requests cancellation before course access is provided, the request may be considered

3. Service-Based Requests (Dataflow / Licensing Support)
- Once the service process has been initiated, cancellation is not permitted
- If cancellation is requested before the process begins, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Duplicate Orders
- In case of accidental duplicate bookings or payments, one order can be cancelled
- The duplicate amount will be handled as per our Refund Policy
5. User-Initiated Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of payment (if applicable)
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
