  • Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellation is not allowed

3. Service-Based Requests (Dataflow / Licensing Support)

  • Once the service process has been initiated, cancellation is not permitted

4. Duplicate Orders

  • In case of accidental duplicate bookings or payments, one order can be cancelled
